OKcarz is looking for a driven individual to fill our Floor Manager position at the OKcarz Lakeland location. Must be a strong closer and great at multitasking. Must be good with customer, computers, social media and prospecting for new referral business. We are looking for an individual that can take ownership of their growth and self development. Bilingual a plus but not required Our Floor Managers still sell cars, but they are able to take their customer through the entire process on their own. They also assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, plus managing the sales team and customers. $30,000 Yearly Salary, Plus Commissions!! Average Floor Managers make between $65k and $85k but you can make an unlimited amount of commission with our retroactive pay structure!! Responsibilities Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from application to contract closing.
