Compensation :

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations Building a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standard styling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures •Responsibilities may change based on business needs•

Proven success in a retail sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Strong selling instincts. Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For:

2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor Flexible work schedule; must be open to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays Benefits Vince offers a competitive benefits package designed to meet the unique needs of our team members.
