Responsibilities:

1) Greet and acknowledge every customer in a timely matter, always aware of waiting customers 2) Maintain a strong product knowledge 3) Appear and dress professionally following company dress code guideline in the employee handbook 4) Awareness and participation in all company programs including sales promotions and initiatives 5) Adhere to all company policies, procedures and ethics codes as outlined in the employee handbook 6) Assist the store manager in merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, and tagging of product 7) Strong follow up and detail on all orders including contacting customers when product arrives, returning phone calls, scheduling shipments, etc. 8) Closing the sale 9) Dependable and prompt 10) Follow store manager instructions and guidelines. Assist the store manager on special projects and requests. Sales staff reports directly to the store manager 11) Maintain all files, records, and reports in accordance to company standards and expectations 12) Good organization and clean work station 13) Sales goals met monthly Must pass drug screen and background check
