- Manage the entry and revision of new orders, ensuring revisions are submitted and updated accurately. Submit Work Orders to TSC-Coordinate with TSC for all post-production activities by submitting accurate and timely work orders. Ensure Order Documentation and Pricing Accuracy-Maintain accurate documentation and pricing to support timely and correct invoice processing. Prepare and Deliver Reports
- Create and present both leadership and customer-facing reports as requested. Sales Administrator Requirements High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience Order Management Systems Proficiency Must have strong Excel Skills Organization & Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively. Communication Skills
- Professional verbal and written communication for coordination within the Sales function. Attention to Detail
- Critical for managing documentation and order accuracy.
