Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our sales team. The Sales Administrator will work closely with the Sales Manager, Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Client Relations and the Service team. This position will handle administrative tasks, assist in managing customer accounts, and ensure smooth operations within the sales department. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with clients and optimizing the sales process Responsibilities Easily develop relationships with others. Be supportive and helpful to other members of the sales team. Manage assigned tasks, including support with quoting, client support calls and event support. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue. Requirements Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
