Activities may include:

Processing financial transactions Maintaining account records Performing reconciliations Ensuring adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements Monitoring workflow efficiency Resolving operational exceptions Implementing process improvements Collaborating with business partners to support seamless client and branch operations Career Specialization Definition Sales Excellence is responsible for developing and supporting programs, processes, tools, and strategies that improve sales performance, effectiveness, and execution across business lines.

Activities may include:

Supporting sales planning, performance management, and sales enablement initiatives. Developing reporting, analytics, and insights to monitor sales effectiveness and business outcomes. Identifying opportunities to optimize sales processes, productivity, and client engagement. Supporting training, coaching, incentive, and execution programs that enhance sales capabilities. Partnering with business leaders to implement strategies that drive growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities typically include:

Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
