Kirk NationaLease is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Shop Administrative Assistant to support our Laurinburg, NC shop operations. Position Details:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, full-time, on-site

Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay:

$20-$25 per hour

Weekly What You'll Do:

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

What You'll Do:

(but not limited to) Support shop operations, including inventory management and parts management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Deliver professional communication and excellent customer service Handle accounts receivable and organize customer billing Perform general office administration tasks Assist the Shop Manager as needed
