Job Description

We are looking for an AT&T Customer Representative who is passionate about connecting with people, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that make an impact. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals. This role combines customer service, relationship building, and sales support while providing an opportunity to develop valuable communication and professional skills.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to understand their internet and connectivity needs Educate customers on AT&T Fiber products, services, and available options Provide professional support throughout the customer enrollment process Build positive customer relationships through clear and effective communication Assist customers with service questions and recommend appropriate solutions Work with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a desire to help others Ability to build rapport and create positive customer interactions Motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
