This Entry Level Manager role involves working directly with customers, supporting sales efforts, and assisting with daily operations tied to our AT&T campaign. As an Entry Level Manager, you will be involved in face-to-face interactions, helping customers understand AT&T services while contributing to overall sales performance. The Entry Level Manager plays a key role in maintaining both customer satisfaction and team productivity. Responsibilities on an

Entry Level Manager:

Engage in in-person interactions with customers to present AT&T services and support sales Assist with coordinating daily operations and team activities as an Entry Level Manager Help drive sales performance by monitoring goals and supporting team results Provide on-the-floor guidance and direction to team members during customer interactions Work closely with the Entry Level Manager team to meet and exceed sales targets Maintain a professional, organised, and customer-focused environment in all face-to-face settings

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Must be 18 years or older and authorised to work in the United States Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and support a team Ability to develop and succeed in an Entry Level Manager position This position is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership-focused career path. An Entry Level Manager will gain hands-on experience in team development, sales strategy, and daily operations. The ideal Entry Level Manager is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
