Our teens run weekend sales and vendor booths at malls across the DFW metroplex. We are seeking mission-driven adult supervisors to provide site safety, logistics support, and positive mentorship. This is a stipend-based, part-time community leadership position—perfect for teachers, school aides, graduate students, or retired professionals looking to make a meaningful local impact on weekends!

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$100.00 per day (Stipend)

Schedule:

Saturdays and/or Sundays (Day shifts only)

Location:

Various mall and event locations across Dallas, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, and surrounding suburbs. Key Responsibilities-As a Youth Supervisor, our teens handle the actual face-to-face sales—your primary role is site oversight, safety, and basic logistics:

Youth Mentorship:

Supervise, encourage, and motivate our pre-trained teen team throughout the day.

Site Setup & Breakdown:

Set up the lightweight vendor table, display kit, and inventory at the start of the shift, and pack it away at closing.

Inventory Oversight:

Monitor stock levels on the table and replenish pre-packaged candy inventory as needed.

Daily Payouts:

Securely distribute the teens' daily earnings at the conclusion of the event using a provided payout kit. Position Requirements A genuine passion for youth development and supporting teenagers. Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned DFW event locations. Strong organizational skills and an encouraging, positive attitude.
