Primary Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Administrator (SSA) will play an integral role in supporting sales throughout the Americas and abroad. The SSA works directly with the sales team to add efficiency, organization, and shorten the lead time of sales functions which include:

• Submit and follow-up with RFQs (request for quote) daily
• Handle technical information requests from customers, such as product specifications, material lists and quality compliance.
• Assist with sales reports and tracking.
• Performance tracking of distributors and representatives
• Maintain the general Sales email inbox
• respond and forward emails accordingly
• Assist in building annual bids
• Process and track sample product requests
• Communicate effectively with Kamaya's customers, management, and factories across multiple time zones Successful candidates will have:
• Prior sales or administrator experience
• Ability to Understand electronic components applications.
• Associate degree or higher (or equivalent/applicable experience)
• Quoting experience, a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Analysis and problem-solving kills
• Excellent Excel skills (or desire to learn)
• Experience working on multiple projects with separate deadlines
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision from management
• Ability to adapt to changing work demands and responsibilities
