Engage with homeowners professionally and educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar. Qualify potential customers by asking discovery questions about their home and energy usage. Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to perform in-home assessments and customized proposals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and leads using company CRM software. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals. Represent the Home X brand with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Stay informed on current solar programs, incentives, financing options, and company offerings. Work collaboratively with team leaders and sales representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently outdoors. Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy is a plus; paid training is provided.
