They spend their days connecting with local small businesses, talking to business owners and executives about free community solar programs, and helping them join a local solar farm.
Their responsibilities include:
Educate businesses about the benefits of community solar. Help customers join a local solar farm. Understand community solar programs and the enrollment process Participate in team meetings and training sessions Plan, forecast and reach weekly sales goals Successful team members are known to have the following qualities: Motivated, hard worker Great communicator Reliable Self starter Fast learner Benefits Uncapped commission Comprehensive training program Flexible schedule Proven sales processes Marketing and operations support
