SpartanX Solar is hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to help grow our Pennsylvania market. You don't need solar experience. We're looking for people who are confident talking to others, willing to learn, competitive, and motivated by performance. If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or another people-facing environment, your experience can translate well here. What You'll Do Talk directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods Introduce homeowners to residential solar Identify interested and qualified homeowners Generate appointments and sales opportunities Learn how to communicate the benefits of solar clearly and professionally Build your sales and communication skills through hands-on training Work with experienced sales leaders and consultants No Solar Experience? We're looking for people who are: Comfortable starting conversations with new people Competitive and motivated Coachable Reliable Positive and professional Willing to learn Comfortable working in the field Motivated by uncapped earning potential Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required .
