About Us Rundle Solar is a residential solar company committed to helping homeowners take control of their energy costs. We invest in our people, promote from within, and provide a clearly defined career path from day one. The Opportunity You'll begin as an appointment setter, working assigned neighborhoods and connecting with homeowners face-to-face to generate qualified appointments for our closing team. Setters who demonstrate consistent performance are promoted to closer, running their own in-home consultations with significantly higher earning potential. Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in person Qualify prospects on roof condition, shade, ownership, and utility costs Schedule appointments and confirm attendance Shadow experienced closers to develop presentation and closing skills Schedule Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM Compensation typical range ($5,000
  • 10,000 a month) Highly competitive pay with uncapped earning potential Performance bonuses and clear advancement to closing roles What we're looking for

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
