Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safe lifting practices. Operate RF scanners for inventory control and ensure accurate stock tracking across the warehouse and sales floor. Stock shelves and produce displays with retail store product knowledge, maintaining attractive merchandising standards. Assist customers at the checkout counter by processing transactions efficiently as a cashier, providing excellent customer service. Conduct regular inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining proper packaging for outgoing shipments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members on shipping & receiving duties, load & unload trucks, and support warehouse operations as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with inventory management tools such as RF scanners; experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and merchandising tasks. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices. Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory calculations. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling equipment operation, and general warehouse operations.
