We specialize in heritage teas, wellness blends, and handcrafted tea beverages served in a vibrant mountain setting. We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member who loves connecting with people and has a passion (or curiosity!) for loose-leaf tea, herbal wellness, and handcrafted drinks. If you're excited about working in a fun, dynamic retail and beverage environment — we'd love to hear from you. We are currently hiring a Part Time Tea Market Associate to join our team. Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do:

Engage customers on the sales floor and offer tea recommendations Prepare hot and iced tea beverages at the Tea Bar Package and label loose-leaf teas Keep the store clean, welcoming, and running smoothly Jump in wherever needed — we're a small, close-knit team!

Who You Are:

Positive, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a high-traffic, fast-paced setting Great with people and confident making recommendations Curious about tea, herbs, and wellness products (experience is a plus, not required)

Requirements:

Must obtain a Colorado Food & Beverage Handling Certificate upon hire Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs Weekend availability required

Schedule & Position Details:

Part-Time Position (16-24 hours/week) Weekend availability required. Sundays Required. $15.16 - $17.16 per hour
