The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties

• Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners to move products efficiently throughout the store.
• Stock shelves with products in accordance with company standards, maintaining an organized and visually appealing display.
• Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and helping them locate products.
• Operate cash registers as needed, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor. Experience
• Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus to assist in inventory management.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer interactions.
