Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing an efficient stockroom working under the direction of the Store Manager. This position will serve as a leader for the stock team. You will inspect and record deliveries, compare records with merchandise delivered, and report any loss or discrepancy in order to maintain an accurate inventory count. The Stock Lead must be able to delegate priorities and assign duties according to company expectations to the team working under you.

Must have availability on:

Monday, Tuesday,Friday, Saturday, & Sunday open to close The Stock Lead will be working closely with the Store Manager and Merchandising team.

What to expect:

• Coordinate, process, and prep deliveries + pickups
• Schedule and supervise a team of a few stock associates
• Assist in opening and closing the store to coordinate with deliveries
• Prepare, develop and file paperwork/reports
• Merchandising in accordance to the store standards What we'd like to see:
• Utilization of proper storage, ensuring our stock room is kept up to standards, organized and clean
• Daily communication includes delegating and training new stock associates
• Support the selling process, by monitoring merchandise on the sales floor making sure it is replenished in order to drive sales, checking in with the Store Manager To join our team you must have:
• Prior team leader experience
• 2+ Retail Stock experience
• Flexible Schedule including weekends and holidays
• Excellent Organizational, Communicational and Interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a team and be receptive to feedback
• Strength in time management as well as prioritization of tasks; must be reliable and lead by example
• Move workloads up to 50 pounds; performing duties by walking, standing, reaching, lifting, carrying, etc.
