Responsibilities Load and unload merchandise using material handling equipment such hand dolly and or platform trolley as needed while following safe lifting practices. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and merchandise products to maximize visual appeal and accessibility Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts for reordering purposes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, assisting with product selection, and offering multilingual support when needed Maintain store appearance inside and outside by regularly mopping (inside). (Outside) would need to be swept and trashed can bags be replaced. Qualifications Previous retail store experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to operate manual handling equipment such as hand dolly and platform trolley safely and effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory control Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling in accordance with safe lifting practices Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and inventory reconciliation Knowledge of retail product knowledge and store maintenance is desirable Join us today to contribute your energy and skills in a role that keeps our store running smoothly!
