What You'll Do As a Convenience Store Stocker , you'll play a key role in keeping the store fully stocked, clean, and organized while supporting a positive customer experience: Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays efficiently and accurately Rotate product to ensure freshness and proper dating standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, stockrooms, restrooms, and exterior areas Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or ordering needs to management Support merchandising standards, product displays, and store presentation Assist customers with locating items and provide friendly, helpful service as needed Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food safety standards Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in retail, stocking, warehouse, or customer service is a plus Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math and communication skills Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and remain on your feet for extended periods Reliable attendance and flexible availability Training & Certifications TankSmart Certification (Level C) - training provided Why Join Freshies?
