Laughing Earth is a diversified farm in Brunswick, NY whose mission is to feed the bellies and minds of our local community, both raising food in an ecologically-minded way and teaching our farm members and consumers about the true costs and benefits of food production. On our 175-acre conserved farm, we raise vegetables for a 140-family Farm Share program and our on-farm store, as well as rotationally pasture a variety of livestock to sell the meat and eggs both on the farm and at the local farmers' market.
