Henning's Market is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated individual to join our Produce Department . This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in fresh, high-quality products, attractive displays, and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Stock, replenish, and rotate fresh produce to maintain quality and freshness Maintain accurate product pricing and signage Build, merchandise, and maintain attractive produce displays Inspect and condition products throughout the department Face and straighten merchandise to maintain a clean and inviting department Break down incoming product deliveries and properly store merchandise Maintain an organized backroom and walk-in coolers Monitor product quality and remove items that do not meet our standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary department Assist guests with locating products, product information, and general questions Provide friendly and helpful customer service Assist with other Produce Department responsibilities as needed Qualifications 4+ years of relevant produce or grocery experience preferred Strong knowledge of produce handling, rotation, freshness, and merchandising Previous experience building and maintaining retail displays preferred Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced grocery environment Strong attention to product quality, presentation, and detail Friendly and customer-service focused
