Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Stocker to oversee our Grocery operations. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Lead Stocker, you will be responsible for managing daily Grocery activities, ensuring optimal inventory control, and leading a team to achieve production goals while maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Lead and supervise grocery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Assist in inventory control, including stocker management, ordering, and backroom organization Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development. Ensure that in stock conditions are met daily Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
