Microgreen Harvest & Sales Associate Nature Attunement Microgreens

• New Harmony, UT Part-time | 12-15 hours/week Nature Attunement is a family-run farm growing premium microgreens for chefs, grocery stores, and farmers markets throughout Southern Utah.

We're looking for someone who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in producing beautiful food, and loves creating meaningful experiences for customers. This role combines precision harvest work with customer-facing sales at our weekly farmers market. You'll begin with hands-on training in harvesting, packaging, and market operations. Over time, you'll become the primary person helping run our Saturday farmers market while continuing to assist with harvests and other farm tasks. Schedule

• Mondays required (harvesting and packaging)
• Saturdays required (farmers market)
• Occasional weekday hours available as needed
• Approximately 12-15 hours per week Responsibilities
• Harvest and package premium microgreens with care and consistency
• Learn to accurately identify a wide variety of microgreens
• Prepare products for delivery and the farmers market
• Set up, operate, and pack down our farmers market booth
• Welcome customers, answer questions, and process sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Assist with planting, watering, and other farm tasks as needed

• Exceptionally detail-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Observant with good eyesight and able to notice small differences
• A quick learner who enjoys mastering new skills
• Organized and able to work independently after training
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Passionate about high-quality food and supporting local agriculture Preferred (but Not Required)
• Experience with farmers markets, food service, retail, farming, or greenhouse work
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• A larger vehicle (SUV, crossover, truck, or van) that can occasionally transport market equipment Why Join Us?
