Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 3-7 years of relevant experience to join the Transactions Practice Group in our Chicago, Jacksonville, Milwaukee, Nashville, or Tampa office and support our Capital Markets & Public Company Advisory practice. Our firm advises public and private companies across industries on securities offerings, ongoing U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and other capital markets matters. Experience counseling clients on day-to-day public company matters and working directly with company legal and finance teams is valued. Qualified candidates must have strong drafting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across offices and practice areas. Candidates should be comfortable assuming responsibility for matters appropriate to their level of experience and interacting directly with partners and clients.
