Role Description The Wireless Sales Pro is a full-time, on-site role based in El Cajon, CA. In this position, the team member engages customers on the sales floor, identifies their wireless needs, and provides personalized recommendations on mobile devices, plans, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating wireless products, explaining features and benefits, answering technical and billing questions, and guiding customers through the purchase process. The Wireless Sales Pro also helps maintain merchandising standards, supports promotional activities, and collaborates with store and Premium team members to meet sales targets. This role involves staying current on wireless technologies, carrier offerings, and competitive products to deliver accurate information and a positive customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Wireless Networking and Wireless Technologies. Candidates should possess skills in Cellular Communications and Mobile Communications. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills. Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and present solutions in a retail environment. Comfort working with sales goals, point-of-sale systems, and basic troubleshooting of mobile devices. Prior experience in wireless retail, electronics sales, or a related customer-facing role is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in wireless or technology sales are a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends), and comply with all store and company policies.
