Lumora Industries, Inc. is excited to add a Cellular Sales Representative to our growing team supporting lead wireless services and connectivity in the Stockton area. This opportunity is for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, staying engaged throughout the day, and developing valuable skills in sales, customer service, and account management. As a Cellular Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment to introduce wireless products, explain service options, and help customers find solutions that fit their communication needs. This role as a Cellular Sales Representative provides hands-on experience in customer acquisition, wireless enrollments, account support, and relationship building while working in a productive, team-oriented setting. What You'll Be Doing as a Cellular Sales Representative Engage with customers to introduce wireless services, phone plans, device options, and current promotions Learn customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their preferences and lifestyle Assist customers through the enrollment process, including account setup, activations, and service updates Provide clear information about wireless products, pricing, features, and available offers Build strong customer relationships through professional and personalized interactions Maintain accurate customer information and support smooth account management processes Stay organized while working with team members on goals and projected outlook in results Work toward individual and team goals by contributing to customer growth and campaign success Stay informed on wireless products, promotions, and industry updates What We're Looking For in a Cellular Sales Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, customer service, wireless technology, or account management Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally Positive attitude with a willingness to learn through training and coaching Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or wireless services is a plus but not required At Lumora Industries, Inc., we believe in developing careers through interactive and real-world experience.
