This is a customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys working with people, explaining technology in a simple way, and helping customers find wireless options that fit their needs. You'll receive hands-on training on products, sales processes, customer service, and account support. What You'll Do Day to Day As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will: Greet and engage customers in a professional, approachable way Ask questions to understand customers' current wireless service, device needs, and preferences Explain AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, tablets, accessories, upgrades, and available promotions Compare service and device options so customers can make informed purchasing decisions Assist customers with new lines, upgrades, device selections, and wireless account options Demonstrate smartphone features and help customers understand device functionality Answer questions about pricing, promotions, plans, and wireless services Complete sales transactions and accurately enter customer information Follow up with customers when appropriate to provide continued account support Maintain current knowledge of wireless products, devices, promotions, and service updates Work alongside the team to meet individual and location sales goals Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer-facing environment Provide a positive customer experience from the initial conversation through completion of the sale Pay & Benefits $20-$26 per hour Additional commissions and performance bonuses Weekly pay Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel Partial cell phone compensation Employee discounts Hands-on training and ongoing coaching Opportunities for professional development and advancement What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Ability to learn wireless products, mobile technology, and service plans Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a sales and performance-focused environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in retail, wireless sales, customer service, sales, hospitality, account support, or mobile technology is helpful, but not required Schedule This is a full-time, in-person position in the San Francisco area. Candidates should have flexibility to work within retail operating hours, including some evenings and weekends based on scheduling needs.
