Back Ironclad Implementation Professional Other Area(s) Sunnyville , California 18008 Sep 8, 2026 Our customer, a Biotechnology company in the United States, is seeking an Ironclad Implementation Professional to support its in-house legal team remotely. This role is ideal for an attorney with deep experience in Ironclad implementation, testing, and optimization.

Location:

Remote (U.S.)

Duration:

3-4 months (through end of 2026; potential extension through February 2027)

Hours:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Start Date:

ASAP Rate:

$55-$65/hr. (on W2), commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, execute, and manage technical and UAT test scripts. Lead data validation and quality assurance activities. Support and execute data migration planning, testing, and deployment efforts. Investigate and resolve implementation-related technical issues. Manage implementation workstreams and project deliverables through completion. Ensure successful configuration , testing , and deployment of Ironclad solutions. Partner with legal, business, and technical teams to drive project milestones. Independently own project execution, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Provide ongoing support during system rollout and post-deployment stabilization. Identify process improvements and implementation best practices to optimize platform adoption.

Qualifications:

Deep, hands-on experience implementing Ironclad CLM solutions in enterprise environments. Proven ability to independently execute end-to-end implementation and deployment activities. Strong expertise in data migration, data validation, and system testing. Experience creating and executing UAT and technical test scripts. Strong technical troubleshooting , analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams with minimal oversight. Experience collaborating with legal, business, and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
