Client Associate:

Interact with customers to discuss Verizon's wireless services and help them get connected. Present and explain product options in a friendly, approachable way that builds trust. Guide customers through the enrollment process while addressing questions and concerns. Support team goals by contributing to a high-performance culture built on communication and accountability. Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer engagement through hands-on experience. Assist with tracking daily progress and maintaining accurate customer records.
