March Performance is seeking a Technical Sales Associate - FL to join our fast-growing automotive parts manufacturing and sales team. March Performance is a fast-paced manufacturer of aftermarket automotive parts for classic cars & hot rods. Position Summary :

The Technical Sales Associate helps enthusiasts and dealers choose the right March Performance products and supports them after the sale. This is an inbound-only role with no outbound cold calling.

Principal Responsibilities :

 Handle inbound sales and technical support by phone, email, and online chat Help customers pick the right parts and fitment for their vehicle and project Do administrative tasks between customer contacts Represent March Performance at car shows, trade shows, and events Keep up with industry trends and competitor products Give feedback on website and catalog content Travel Up to 10% normal annual travel can be expected Up to 25% travel may be required during the first year to complete training and onboarding. Some travel may include overnight stays and weekends. Specialized Skills /

Other Requirements :

 High school diploma or GED required Previous customer service, sales, or parts counter experience preferred General knowledge of classic cars and automotive repair preferred Able to explain technical concepts clearly by phone and in writing Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently Enjoys working with people, both customers and teammates

Physical Requirements :

 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.  Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.  Must be able to provide references and pass a drug screen / background check.  Valid US driver's license with clean driving record required. Location In Person, FL, Not remote
