In this role, you will be the face for our home internet and wireless solutions, engaging with customers through retail stores and door to door campaigns. Duties Engage in face to face consultative selling by understanding customer requirements and recommending tailored solutions that fit their needs. Demonstrate proficiency in technology adoption to streamline the sales process and improve deal closing efficiency. Negotiate terms with customers effectively while maintaining a professional and positive attitude throughout all interactions. Close deals by guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing customer relationship. Requirements Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales roles, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English—both verbal and written. Ability to perform consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions confidently.
