Job Description Description:

We are seeking a consultant to support the design, configuration, activation, and implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across multi-tenant platforms, with a focus on Health Information Management (HIM) and/or Acute Case Management (ACM). Join a knowledgeable, dedicated team committed to helping healthcare organizations meet their needs. As a consultant, you will work as part of a project team and develop your expertise in Oracle Health solutions and healthcare workflows. With guidance from experienced consultants, you will follow established practices, apply Oracle methodologies, and complete assigned implementation tasks to meet customer requirements. You will receive direction on new assignments and seek support when issues require additional expertise.

Expectations:

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Willing to travel up to 80% as needed. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Support the design, configuration, activation, and implementation of Oracle Health Millennium HIM and/or ACM solutions under the guidance of experienced consultants.

Follow standard practices and procedures to analyze customer workflows, requirements, and data and contribute to functional and technical solutions.

Complete assigned configuration and implementation tasks using Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and established leading practices.

Assist with validation, issue investigation, and implementation support; escalate complex issues to experienced team members as needed.

Document assigned work and communicate progress, questions, and issues to the project team.

Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver quality work products.

Build product knowledge and consulting skills through project experience and guidance from experienced team members.

Required Qualifications:

At least 1+ years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge of and experience with Oracle Health Millennium Health Information Management and/or Acute Case Management solutions.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Current AHIMA or AAPC certification.

Product or technical knowledge relevant to the HIM and/or ACM practice focus.

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients

Ability to travel as needed.

US:

Hiring Range in USD from $25.82 to $50.43 per hour; from: $53,700 to $104,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Paid time off:

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
