Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services that meet their needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase device features and plan options Handle retail sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Manage retail store operations such as cashiering, cash drawer handling, and processing returns or exchanges with professionalism Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via online channels Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve diverse customers effectively Strong communication skills to clearly explain product features and answer customer questions Retail sales experience, especially in wireless or electronics environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash handling procedures Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, stock management, and grocery store experience beneficial for versatile retail skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions Ability to handle retail transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in cash drawer handling Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
