Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and engaging conversation. Conduct compelling product demos to showcase features, benefits, and compatibility of various wireless devices and plans. Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling, processing payments accurately, and issuing receipts. Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with the latest wireless products and accessories. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, plans, and store policies while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Support inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, tracking stock levels, and assisting with inventory audits. Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or electronics environment, is highly desirable. Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions. Strong communication skills in both English and the Spanish to effectively serve diverse customers. Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance. Knowledge of merchandising principles and stock management practices to ensure appealing displays. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
