As a growing Registered Investment Advisor, we're seeking a Compliance & Technology Associate to help support the systems, processes, and regulatory framework that keep our business running smoothly and our clients protected. This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in both financial services compliance and technology operations, making a meaningful impact across the entire organization. What You'll Do In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with our Chief Compliance Officer and team members throughout the firm to: ? Support regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, and policy administration ? Assist with employee compliance training and ongoing compliance initiatives ? Help maintain and strengthen EIG's compliance program ? Serve as the first point of contact for internal technology support ? Troubleshoot technology issues and coordinate solutions with external technology partners ? Assist with technology systems, user administration, and ongoing operational improvements ? Contribute to special projects that improve processes, efficiency, and the employee experience This position blends analytical thinking, problem-solving, and service excellence, making it ideal for someone who enjoys learning new systems and helping others succeed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented and highly organized Curious and eager to learn Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting A strong communicator with a service-first mindset Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity Experienced within a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, financial institution, or regulated industry preferred.
