- Spartan Sports is looking for a Full Time call center representative to join our team in Redding, CA.
We work Monday-Friday 9-3 pm.
NO WEEKENDS.
We will train you no experience necessary. Responsibilities Calling business to sell advertising on t-shirts, posters, programs Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive phone communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a call center representative, server or other relevant position. Strong communication and time management skills along with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent listening, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
