Job Description
True North Marketing Tampa is expanding and looking for a motivated Bilingual AT&T Representative to join our growing sales team. In this full-time, in-person role, you'll connect directly with customers and local businesses, learn AT&T products and services, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. No previous sales or telecommunications experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you develop practical skills in sales, customer communication, and relationship building. If you're outgoing, dependable, bilingual in English and Spanish, and ready to build professional experience, this is an opportunity to get started and grow. What You'll Do Engage with customers and local businesses to introduce AT&T products and services Communicate in English and Spanish to understand customer needs and provide helpful information Present AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions in a clear and professional manner Recommend products and services based on customer needs while supporting the sales and enrollment process Build strong customer relationships and contribute to individual and team sales goals Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to strengthen sales, communication, and product knowledge Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong verbal communication skills Interest in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or professional development Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face in a professional setting Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn Motivated by goals and interested in developing sales and communication skills Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required If you're ready to put your English and Spanish communication skills to work and build experience in sales, apply today for the Bilingual AT&T Representative position with True North Marketing Tampa.
