Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Promote Verizon products and services effectively to meet sales targets. Assist business customers with inquiries, billing, technical support, and account management. Document and maintain accurate customer information and interactions. Contribute to team goals and positive working environment. Adhere to company protocols and compliance guidelines. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills.
