CPI Strategies is hiring a Customer Solutions Representative in Jackson, MS to represent AT&T and build valuable communication and professional sales experience. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you'll meet directly with customers, learn about their connectivity needs, recommend AT&T Fiber services, and guide them through the sales process from the first conversation to enrollment. Every Customer Solutions Representative receives hands-on training while developing communication, relationship-building, and professional sales skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Representative Meet with customers and introduce AT&T Fiber through professional, in-person sales conversations. Learn about each customer's needs and recommend internet solutions that fit their household. Guide customers through the sales process, enrollment, and service activation with accuracy and professionalism. Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and outstanding service. Collaborate with fellow Customer Solutions Representative team members to achieve daily sales goals. Continue developing communication and professional sales skills as a Customer Solutions Representative. Qualifications of the Customer Solutions Representative Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
