Position:

Call Center Sales (Onsite)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Talk with customers over the phone and help them find the best exterior home services for their needs. Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers who have shown interest. Use a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused approach during every conversation. Learn about the company's products, services, and industry to confidently answer customer questions. Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions. Build trust with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have. Explain the value and benefits of our services in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Turn customer inquiries into sales by using effective sales techniques. Keep track of potential customers and follow up with them as needed. Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent service. Attend regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales and customer service skills. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:

2+ years of sales experience required. 2+ years of call center experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) Ability to persuade and influence others. Computer skills and internet navigation Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Along with competitive compensation and bonus, we offer:
