The Entry Level Customer Representative will also focus on creating meaningful in-person sales interactions that highlight the benefits of reliable, fast service. As an Entry-Level Customer Representative, you'll help customers discover how AT&T Fiber can bring faster, more dependable home internet into their everyday routines. The Entry Level Customer Representative will also learn what our customers need for streaming, gaming, work, school, and staying connected, and then help explain relevant options in simple, clear language. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Representative Welcome our customers in person by creating a friendly first impression that sets the stage for conversations about AT&T Fiber's reliability and everyday value. Guide our customers personally through simple choices for internet and data plans, ensuring each option feels approachable and tailored to their lifestyle. Promote in-person connectivity by showing how fiber supports streaming, online learning, and family communication in relatable ways. Build trust through warm, professional in-person sales interactions that make customers feel heard and respected. Encourage enrollments by blending helpful guidance with confident sales recommendations that feel natural. Contribute to team success by sharing insights, supporting sales team members, and meeting collective sales goals. Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate about customer service, sales, or telecommunications is a plus.
