Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities Engage clients with clear, confident communication about our technology products and services Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively Apply consultative selling strategies to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions Leverage sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and maximize productivity Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM system Skills Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) transactions Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers positively Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems for managing customer data and sales processes Experience with sales technology adoption, including sales automation tools and call center software Excellent phone communication skills paired with active listening abilities to understand client needs effectively Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns and deal closing strategies Knowledge of technology sales, especially in the areas of CRM software, sales automation, and technical product features Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Customer service orientation combined with consultative selling techniques to foster long-term client relationships Join us as a Telemarketer and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to driving innovative solutions forward! Pay:
