Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to support our sales team by generating qualified leads and scheduling property tours. This role is essential in connecting with potential clients, sharing key information about our development, and creating strong first impressions.

Pay:

What You'll Do Make a high volume of outbound calls using prepared scripts Engage leads in clear, informative conversations about the development project Educate prospects on available land options and the overall vision of the community Highlight nearby schools, businesses, and access routes Schedule qualified appointments for on-site property tours Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with interested leads Accurately track all interactions and updates in Salesforce CRM Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates Stay up to date on project progress, lot availability, and internal updates What We're Looking For Strong communication and active listening skills Confident and persuasive phone presence Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently Organized, reliable, and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Availability to work weekends as part of a full-time schedule Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or inside sales This is more than just a calling role — it's an opportunity to be the first point of contact for future buyers and play a key role in driving the success of a growing development.
