Qualifications Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated ability to work using aseptic cell culture techniques Ability to independently manage tasks and assignments as directed by immediate manager Attention to detail, and effective oral and written communication skills Troubleshooting ability with cell lines Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant life sciences program Must be well-organized and able to adapt and be flexible to a fast-paced laboratory environment Responsibilities This position is responsible for generating small to large scale cell banks (cell types: adherent, suspension, shaker suspension) Prepare media and solutions in accordance with client/vendor specifications Maintain accurate records utilizing internal database to document real time data Cross functional team collaboration to contribute to continuous improvement efforts Attend regular team meetings/huddle to review workload, processes and/or outstanding laboratory issues Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to intellectual property and data integrity General upkeep and maintenance of cell culture supplies and equipment General duties assigned by manager
