full-time Scientist I - Primary Endothelial Cell Assays & Liver Biology I'm partnering with a growing biotech company seeking a Scientist I to support primary endothelial cell assays and liver biology research. Requirements

  • PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Vascular Biology, Liver Biology, or related field; MS with relevant industry experience considered
  • Hands-on experience with primary human endothelial cells
  • Experience with endothelial biology, assay development, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with liver biology, MASLD/MASH, fibrosis, or related disease areas
  • Proficiency with qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, immunostaining, and microscopy Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and execute primary endothelial cell assays
  • Support liver biology and target validation studies
  • Analyze experimental data and troubleshoot assay performance
  • Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and communicate results Preferred
  • Liver sinusoidal endothelial cell experience
  • Co-culture, permeability assays, flow cytometry, or high-content imaging
