full-time Scientist I - Primary Endothelial Cell Assays & Liver Biology I'm partnering with a growing biotech company seeking a Scientist I to support primary endothelial cell assays and liver biology research. Requirements

PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Vascular Biology, Liver Biology, or related field; MS with relevant industry experience considered
Hands-on experience with primary human endothelial cells
Experience with endothelial biology, assay development, and troubleshooting
Experience with liver biology, MASLD/MASH, fibrosis, or related disease areas
Proficiency with qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, immunostaining, and microscopy Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and execute primary endothelial cell assays
Support liver biology and target validation studies
Analyze experimental data and troubleshoot assay performance
Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and communicate results Preferred
Liver sinusoidal endothelial cell experience
Co-culture, permeability assays, flow cytometry, or high-content imaging
