Chemical Materials Lead Astrix Technology Group - 3.4 Arvada, CO Job Details $26.50 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Looking for a hands-on role where you can work independently, support critical production operations, and be trusted to keep materials flowing safely and efficiently? We're hiring a Chemical Materials Lead to support a busy manufacturing environment in the Arvada, CO area. In this role, you'll spend your day working directly on the production floor, monitoring chemical and material needs, coordinating replenishment, supporting chemical processes, and partnering with site personnel to prevent production delays. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of inventory, chemical handling, customer interaction, and problem-solving.

Chemical Materials Lead Daily Tasks:
Monitor production areas, storage locations, and chemical supplies to ensure materials are available when needed. Receive, inspect, organize, and deliver chemicals and production materials throughout the facility. Assist with chemical sampling, readings, process tank additions, and other routine chemical-management activities according to written procedures. Track inventory using handheld scanners and computer-based systems and communicate replenishment needs before shortages occur. Work closely with production teams and site contacts to resolve material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and changing production requirements.
Chemical Materials Lead Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required 2 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical handling, inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, or a related environment. Previous experience working around industrial chemicals or understanding chemical compatibility is strongly preferred. We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
