That starts by employing a talented and highly qualified group of experts that develop the tools to support research scientists. Currently, we are looking to add a Chemical Handling Specialist to the team:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for weighing, aliquoting, maintaining inventory, and entering newly processed inventory Ensure quality control level of products according to Cayman's standards Entry of necessary data into database system in a timely fashion General upkeep of the work area and maintenance of equipment Report status of work to supervisor regularly Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans, and procedures including safety, security, and regulatory Assist in other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or related field preferred
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to learn an ERP system Ability to sit in one spot for long periods of time Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized, and pay attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently Availability to work on-site in Ann Arbor Demonstrate Cayman's Core Values - Integrity, Collaboration, People, Learning, and Excellence What we
