In this role, you will be responsible for safely cleaning gas cylinders with precision and adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of filling equipment, compliance with regulatory requirements, an offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate gas filling machinery and industrial equipment efficiently, ensuring accurate fill levels and proper sealing of cylinders. Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of gases, use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and adherence to OSHA and other regulatory standards. Conduct quality control checks throughout the filling process, verifying batch records, fill weights, and cylinder integrity. Maintain detailed production documentation, including batch records, calibration logs, and equipment maintenance reports. Handle materials safely using appropriate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts; ensure proper storage and sanitation of materials. Assist in sanitation procedures for cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards in pharmaceutical or similar regulated settings. Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment in a pharmaceutical plant or similar regulated environment. Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and legal compliance standards related to production. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues efficiently. Familiarity with liquid filling processes, cleaning process, machine operation, assembly, and machining techniques. Ability to interpret production documents such as batch records, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and manufacturing instructions. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments during production processes. Experience with warehouse operations including forklift certification, pallet jack use, and materials handling a plus. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and sanitation practices within cleanroom environments. Excellent communication skills for documenting procedures accurately and collaborating with team members effectively.
