Our R D lab is a playground for passionate scientists dedicated to making an impact in the food and supplement industry. Duties & Responsibilities Develop innovative new products from concept to commercialization, helping to bring exciting ideas to life. Conduct benchtop testing for both new and existing products, evaluating solubility, viscosity, taste, color, and overall visual and sensory appeal.

Manage shelf-life testing protocols:

prepare and review samples, monitor progress, and report results. Maintain a clean, organized lab environment to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. Communicate effectively with the procurement team to source lab supplies and raw materials and manage project deadlines with the shipping department and clients. Efficiently manage time, keeping track of multiple projects and meeting all expected deadlines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition Science, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in the food or supplement industry preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for dietary supplement manufacturing and nutrition labeling (21 CFR 111) is a plus. Personal Attributes Creative problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Enjoys a fast-paced environment, with effective time management and prioritization skills. Collaborates well within teams and exercises sound judgment.
